DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website www.crystalball.com, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

Article 3 – Product Information
Details of the product(s)/service(s) subject to the order (type, model, color, quantity, price, and payment information) are specified in the order confirmation displayed on the website and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Article 4 – Delivery

  1. Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process.

  2. Delivery will be made within 30 days from the order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

  3. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier/shipping companies or force majeure events.

  4. Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email or contact form) within this period.

  3. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

  5. If the Buyer fails to return the product within the given time frame, the withdrawal request becomes invalid.

Article 6 – Products Exempt from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following:

  • Products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons

Article 7 – Warranty & Defective Goods

  1. The Seller is responsible for any defective or faulty products under applicable consumer protection laws.

  2. In such cases, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.

Article 8 – Payment Terms

  1. The Buyer agrees to pay the purchase price according to the payment method selected during checkout.

  2. Order confirmation is valid only after the payment is successfully processed.

Article 9 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts as determined by applicable laws.
